Cancellation policies – secvision
At Secvision, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience; however, there may be certain circumstances where we are unable to accept an order. Therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. This may include situations such as limited availability of the product, pricing or product information errors, issues identified by our fraud avoidance department, or any other reason identified by secvision for not accepting the order. In some cases, we may request additional information before accepting an order. If your order is fully or partially cancelled, or if we require additional information, we will promptly notify to you throw email and whatsapp.
Cancelation By costumers
As a valued customer, you have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped to the designated destination. Registered customers can easily track their order status using the “Track Order” option available on our website, https://www.secvision.in/trackorder.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited back to your account using the same payment mode used for the transaction. Rest assured, if a transaction fails after the amount has been deducted from your account, we will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY
Secvision , as a brand, is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However,
If you are not happy with the product, you can buy another product at the same price without replacing it
7 days of delivery.
Note: Shipments returned through any other logistic partner will not be accepted.
For products with all power near , distance, Bifocals lens and Progressive lens fitted in them, customers need to visit the nearest store for a resolution of the problem.
If we have not given guarantee for any product, in that case any product which is broken, discoloured or worn out will not be returned and the money for the same will not be refunded.
Return charges
Domestic Order:
Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

Refund
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
No refund will be provided in case of usage breakage cases such as wear & tear of products.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to the refund source selected by you at the time of placing a Return within 5-7 days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the shop.
You can choose to get refund back to source or in your bank. In case of COD orders, you will be required to enter your bank details (in the My account section on the secvision website) and the same will be refunded back in the account for details shared within 7-10 days from the receipt of returned product(s).
Note: Please ensure you’re entering correct Bank account details, in case of any mistakes Secvision Company Limited will not be responsible.
